Registration Requirements (Steps): · Click to download/view the Registration Form and Waiver for SummerCamp 2011 then print, complete and add your signature. · Transfer membership fee in VIC Working Parent's Club of EURO 20.- to the account of the "VIC Working Parent's Club, Account No. 08373589400, at the Bank Austria-Creditanstalt (BLZ 12000), indicating: "VIC Working Parent's Club membership and Name of parent, grand-parent or guardian" as well as the name of child/ren. · Transfer camp fees of EURO 160.-/per week times the number of weeks per child to "VIC Working Parent's Club, Account No. 08373589400, at the Bank Austria-Creditanstalt (BLZ 12000), indicating: "VIC SummerCamp 2011 and Name of child/ren as well as the period for which you are registering the child/ren" · Send a copy of payment slips and the completed/signed hard copy of the Registration Form by VIC internal mail circulation to office D0705 (Mr. Elpidio MORALIS) or fax copy to number +43 (1) 26060-7-5758. Don't Forget: · Proof of payment of camp fees (copy of payment slip) must be received before the registration deadline, for your child/ren to make sure to have a place reserved in the 2011 VIC SummerCamp, for the desired weeks. · Once proof of payment has been received you will be sent a confirmation. · If you didn't receive any confirmation from us within two weeks after having paid and sent/faxed proof of payment, please send us an Email or fax, to enquire. Registration and Payment Deadlines: · Early registration would be appreciated, to allow us to recruit the required number of supervisors. · Registration: as soon as possible since we operate on a first come, first served basis. · Subject to the availability of space, children will be accepted at a daily rate of EURO 45.- (lunch included). Cancellation: · All cancellations must be made in writing and can be sent by fax: (01) 26060-7-5758 or by e-mail: VICSummerCamp@unvienna.org. · Cancellations and changes in reservation dates will result in an administrative charge of EURO 15.- payable in advance i.e. proof of payment must be attached to the written communication. · For cancellations until ten working days before the start of the reserved period, only 50 % of the fee will be reimbursed. · For cancellations made nine days or less before the start of the reserved period, no refunds will be made. · Cancellations due to sickness of the child/ren will be fully reimbursed (less the administrative fee), on the basis of a medical certificate. · Absences for less than three days will not be reimbursed under any circumstances. |
